Kindness Project

The official motto of Phi Delta Epsilon is "Facta Non Verba", which is Latin for "Deeds, not Words". We believe that, while intentions are important, it is truly one's actions that define a person. We also think that part of being a physician is not only helping people in a medical environment, but also having a genuine wish to help those who need it, even outside of a hospital or clinical setting.
As a result, we have started the Kindness Project. The goal is to help a stranger who seems like they need a helping hand or a kind face, so that they may do the same. If you receive this card, we ask that you "pay it forward" by doing something nice for another individual, to keep the random acts of kindness going.
